Guided Trail Rides
Year by year the complexities of this world grow more bewildering, and so each year we need all the more to seek peace and comfort in joyful simplicities, like relaxing with a nature trail ride with Swan Creek Stables.
Our trail rides typically last 1:15 to 2:00 hours in length, and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Our guides are knowledgeable of the region and our horses, so you can enjoy the ride, and we'll take care of the rest.
Riding Lessons
Swan Creek Stables's riding lessons are unique in that they take place on the trail. You will learn recreational horsemanship skills in an environment where you can actually use them.
Our instructor has 37 years experience in hunt seat (English), stock seat (Western), saddle seat, and showing. Our emphasis is on providing the student with a knowledge base that can be used to provide safe and proper care for horses. We primarily focus on recreational riding (backyard/trail riding).
Other Services
Swan Creek Stables also offers pony rides for children's parties, and occasional boarding services. In addition, we currently have horses for lease. Call for more details!
